diy-showers - In this video, well give you the steps and how-to process for installing and leveling out a brand new bathroom shower base from the Onyx Collection. This video is created by Diy Showers where we help you design, purchase, and properly install great Onyx Collection products. In the first part of this video, well show you the tools you will need to install the base and drain properly. Then, well make sure that the drain fits the shower space in our bathroom. After leveling the shower base pan from DIY-Showers, well test it for horizontal support so that the shower water does not sit in the shower base pan after your shower, but drains properly towards the center shower drain. Then, well install the base pan by applying door and window expansion foam and finally lowering the base down into its final position over the 2 inch shower drain pipe.
