do whatever it needs to protect its people that will be why the have the Iron Dome system that doesnt allow the (home made in the main) rockets to actually hit Israel., as for the tunnels if they are in Gaza they are sewers if they actually reach Israel, safer and easier to destroy them from your own side, ie go into them from Israel, blow them to fk, less threat of losses to your soldiers surely !!
