does anyone know who to go to in UoBs Computer Science (or Maths?) to ask for help with how to code an algorithm to calculate a transitive closure matrix from an undirected graph in Java (or explain the principles in any programming language)? Will Thompson Steve Gibbs Ive got code for an Association Matrix (not completely sure where to put it for it to run yet), and next stage is to calculate transitive associations from that. I dont care about directionality of transitive associations, I just want to recognise groups.
