does anyone remember the shooting at the Oregon Museum tavern? most people my age where getting ready for graduation! As always i got looking into in! It happened may 7 1981.A man from lyons Oregon walked into a crowded bar and started shooting with a 9mm semi auto handgun, he spent two clips in his assault before he was taken down by patrons of the bar! I also learned that most of the patrons were there for ladies night! 4 people died that night and 20 were injured! A fifth person died in 2013 of complications on a gunshot he received that night! It was a tragic night! most people remember the song that was playing when it happened an old song theres gonna be a heartache tonight
