Required experience as Below 1. Candidate shall have sufficient experience in Shutdown Inspection of process equipment viz. Vessels, Columns, Heaters, Exchangers, Piping, structural etc. as per API - 510, 570, 572, 574, 576, 579, 571, 580 & 581 and OISD Standards as applicable. 2. Inspection Engineer shall be able to carry out stage wise inspection of repairs to pipelines, vessels, heaters, columns, relief valves calibration etc. piping fit ups / edge preparation, monitoring preheat /inter-pass temperature during welding / stress relieving cycles, checking of consumables used in welding, checking of final welding and coordination with radiography agency during radiography, interpretation of radiographs, witnessing hydrotest, shell and tube test of exchangers and fin fan coolers, documentation, giving mechanical clearance etc. during fabrication of new and old piping and any other job as instructed by Engineer - In - Charge. 3. Inspection Engineer shall be able to take ultrasonic readings, carry out DP Test, PMI, UFD and Thermography of pipelines and equipments.
