eBay feedback, youre doing it right. Mike, you work for these jokers. ****************************** Mr. Kenneth Wilson, This letter is to express my displeasure of your bidding on my eBay item #281288498876, which was 2x2Gb of Kingston HyperX memory DDR2 1066Mhz PC8500. You had the winning bid of $75.99, and subsequently refused to pay for the item, as well as return my communications regarding payment. You also ignored the eBay case I was forced to open in order to retrieve my $6.83 in final value fees, which took about 5 days to run its course. I know you had to have access to your computer, as I see you had accrued at least one more positive feedback point on your profile for a transaction completed within a few days after winning my item. Placing a bid on an eBay is willfully entering a contract to commit to that item, as you are reminded of such by eBay every time you bid. Your juvenile attitude regarding this has cost me a small amount of time and frustration. I would love to leave you negative feedback over this transaction, in order to help keep feedback profiles accurate and helpful. However, due to eBay’s coddling and pussyfoot policies, I was unable to leave feedback after being forced to open a case. It was either open a case to get my $6.83 back, or leave you negative feedback, but I couldnt have both. Hence this letter. Please be more responsible in your future use of eBay.
