Position Description: The eLearning Developers will be responsible for working closely with the Programming and Authoring Team to develop highly interactive asynchronous learning solutions that target learning outcomes and creatively engage learners. The eLearning will have a focus on telecommunication customer service and soft skills. These contract positions will be full time hours for an initial period of 3-6 months. Responsibilities: • Work in Storyline/Storyline 2 quickly and efficiently while focusing on quality • Implement changes, fix bugs, and create new interactivity • Develop eLearning courses and creative concepts from storyboards and script • Create interactive screens, menus, branching, embed videos, test questions, confirmations of learning, optimize file assets and deploy in Flash and HTML5 Essential Skills and Qualifications: • Computer Science Degree or relatable College Diploma; • 3 plus years’ experience using Flash and HTML5 within an eLearning or distance learning capacity; • Proven experience developing computer-based and/or web-based training courses; • Solid background in digital media/eLearning • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline/Storyline 2 courseware authoring • Ability to work with minimal direction • Exceptional work ethic and time management skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment CGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
