Tasks/Responsibilities: * Implement significant changes to eQuibbly and add functionality. * Suggest and implement solutions to technical challenges. Requirements: * At least 2 years solid experience building complex web applications in RoR; * You have a portfolio of work you can show us; * Expertise in Rails 3, Ruby 1.9, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML; * Expert in Rails backend and intermediate front end development; * Expertise in PostgreSQL architecture with very clean and efficient db queries; * You have a good grasp of web app fundamentals, best practices, scalability and security; * Expertise with GIT & GitHub, including branching and tagging; * Experience with Test Driven Development best practices; * Independent, hard worker, motivated, and a fast learner; * Excellent English writing and speaking skills; * Serious attention to detail.
