elderly Leonardo walks around the lake every afternoon with a vest on him indicating that he teaches Spanish. if you are a seattle greenlake walker youd know who i am talking about. i heard about him moving away one winter b/c it got too cold for him, but i still see him almost every walk i take there. i finally walked along with him, and he was teaching me his mother tongue; hes from Spain and takes great pride in so. he is a GREAT but tough teacher, almost mean when i couldnt do the r for his name and tree and bull and also the d sound...or when i had no idea what i was repeating.. lol i minded that not, but just had fun and received. i kept showering him the biggest smiles i was born with whenever he was impatient with me; and one time he even tapped my forehead and demanded me to THINK! dont guess! lol (what a strict lion he really is) we both enjoyed each other greatly. i let him be and he also let me be, a clumsy Spanish pre-requisite pupil. he insisted that i repeated this to myself: yo soy muy bonita and so i said to him again and again: ERES MUY GUAPO :P i am pretty sure he was tickled. :)
