electoral processes involves much more than just VOTING. Political participation derives from the freedom to speak out, assemble and associate; the ability to take part in the conduct of public affairs. This is why Aristotle once declared that man is a political animal. Thus its inevitable for us all, not just a gang of elite, to be interested in and have a say in politics, as its a force which inevitable affects us all. This becomes all the more imperative because Democracy is a process of the affirmative acceptance of the supremacy of the popular WILL and consensual obligation over the LOGIC of elitism. A political mistake you make to day, it will take you years to correct that abnormality. The coming local government election, shine your eye and cast your votes wisely in respective of the party. Vote your conscience and let start a political foundations.
