Anyone fighting to keep _their_ territory against racist colonialism is dubbed a terrorist in the west. Now that Ive heard Miko Peled state it so plainly and succinctly I agree that the two-state solution is nothing but an excuse to keep putting more settlers on the remaining 22% of Palestine. I agree also with Jeff Blankfort that this British vote has nothing do with recognizing the rights of Palestinians to their land and peace and it has everything to do with covering political asses because very large numbers of people see what Israel is up to and they want their governments to put a stop to it. Calls for a two state solution always coincide with a call for Palestinians to recognize Israels right to exist as a permanent Jewish minority inside Greater Israel. Apartheid is built right into the demand. Inside Greater Israel—as Israelis refer to the occupied territories—more than half of the population are not allowed to vote because they live inside occupied (unrecognized) territory. Meanwhile, while everyone is demanding this insane recognition of Jews from Palestinians, Palestinian dwellings are being bombed and bulldozed and replaced by Jews-only settlements at a remarkable pace. There isnt enough of Palestine left for a two-state solution. It is completely saturated with Jewish settlers and soldiers.
