endorse niveditas aforesaid opinion---my earlier post itself on this issue may be deemed/construed as my message to RKT,Mona.Fervently hope and pray that he can make a difference in CBDT--if he is allowed to doso, that is--and that ,from my own experience while on deputation in Saadi Dilli, is a big IF---Reason for my cynicism---sample this for starters---our venerable non-CCA CCITs, even after35/36 years in service,on an average, still dont have independent financial powers to buy their own computer?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BEAT THAT???!!!!
