ermmm PLS READ WITH YOUR CHURCH MIND Yesterday, I received a msg by 5am, I stretched to get my phone and it was video msg ... With a sleepy eye, I clicked on play and just 10secs in it, I didnt know when I screamed and started crying... WoW!!! In the video, a man was caught with a traveling bag and when it was opened a boy of 1-2years old was inside, already dead... This man was on the floor and ppl were shouting, they were taken snapshots of him, he was tied with rope on his legs and hands and ppl were shouting BURN AM BURN AM... there was fuel already, and guys wanted buying more fuel... They were in front of a barracks and if not for soldiers, that guy would have been burnt. I know what that guy did was awful, that boy was so cute and he was well dressed, so that means he was killed recently cause he still looked good.. But it doesnt warrant being burnt... :( Lemme flashback to ALUU 4.. I read somewhere, a girl said when she heard that thieves were caught and burnt, she was happy and wished a worse death than the fire they faced, but she said, when she saw the video, she wept and hated herself for what she said... Cause she said there was no worse death than what she saw. The thing is, everybody that saw the video turned to superheroes and politicians... Everyone was lamenting that Aluu community are wicked ppl, ppl talked, some said they wanted the whole community burnt too, ppl called them animals, cannibals, illiterate, some ppl even went to dictionary to find new words... The thing is if you were there, theres a probability you would also chroused BURN THEM... 2 months ago, 2 guys were burnt to death for a very stupid reason, Damn!! Cause the ppl of Badagry said they havent seen them before, cause their faces were new and to them they expected they came to steal and off they went to burning them. These guys werent with any bag, just them and they burnt them... You see, Im sure the ppl that burnt them saw the ALUU 4 video and am sure they cursed those killers for not sparing those guys... But now they did same... The ppl shouting BURN AM BURN AM to the guy that was caught with the dead little boy, am sure they also cursed the ppl of Badagry and the ALUU 4 killers...but here they are, in the same situation those ppl found themselves shouting and about doing the same thing... #sighs# if not for the intervention of the soldiers that guy would be burnt.. Unlike the Badagry and Aluu ppl, policemen were present but did nothing... (what does that tell you??) This guy will be killed no doubt, but he wont be burnt. Where are we heading to??? Gradually, some of us are becoming heartless... BURNING HUMANS IS THE NEW THING IN VOGUE.. Im sure if any of us happened to be present, we would chorus the same thing.. Who brought about burning ppl? Damn!! Even if someone steals, must they be burnt?? You wan lie say you never thief before??? [[f9.angry]] I saw a documentary of a black girl that saved a white man from being killed and burnt in 1966. It was stated that the man was a racist that always attacked her, and he was to be burnt by his fellow white men but a black girl covered him from being burnt... That single act touched me... I might be small... But I just learnt that instead of joining the mob screaming BURN AM... I will try to make a difference... If only someone intervened, ALUU 4 and the BADAGRY BOYS wont have died... CHANGE BEGINS WITH YOU AND I... THINK!!!! #walks out... -_-
