ever I made a joke to say that my life is always with gardening and dog and only with. But lately, my idea turned. accidently, I got several books talking about the fat burning food, as I am not very fat, I want to lose my weight for the sake of fitness. I supposed the books must have some witchcraft as I took them I can hardly lay them down just as you read the novel of harry potter from which I got the truth of protein, fat, condiment, snacks and drinks and so on.
