everyone has a valid reasons they can come up with to justify their reasons for changing TEAMS, UPLINES, COMPANY etc. at the end of the day tayo at tayo parin ang magkicreate ng success natin. I am just thinking of a VALID reason why lilipat? 1. May offer- gusto shortcut 2. Galit sa upline- emotional, forget the upline focus on your goals and be the upline you want to be to your future downlibe 3. Niloko ng upline- master the business para di naloloko be totally responsible with the business 4. Walang upline support- overflowing ang company support, wag i asa sa upline ang growth ng business. Step up 5. Walang program ang team- create your own program or join other teams program and apply to your own Hindi SOLUTION ang paglipat sa kung ano man pinagdadaanan ng kahit sinong distributor sa network unless gusto nya ng SHORT CUT at makisabay sa anod ng malalakas. Can somebody give me valid reasons to TRANSFER? Ive seen a lot of distributors na ginawang SOLUTION ang paglipat. 99% still a FAILURE. But 100% of distributors Ive known who STEP UP, Independently grew their network and STAND on their TEAM are now realy SUCCESSFUL Leaders. Best thing to do hanap ka ng taong lumipat na super SUCCESSFUL and ask them ano yung ginawa nila why they become successful. Lahat ng distributors may mga issue tayo sa uplines and downlines and if we dontt learn to handle issues, we will not mature in this business and ang palipat lipat ng group or company is a sign of immaturity in this business. Just my point of view. Believe me ive been in a situation na gustong gusto ko ng lumipat. But still it does not serves me well because at the end of the day it is still me who will work out the business and I did and i learned to handle issues. I have noticed this very attitude of so particular about team and the name of the team... we belong on one big team AIM GLOBAL TEAM... being so identified with some names of teams creates division... and to think the team does not make your business.. newbies or new members does not even know about this team names until they saw it on events and some people emphasizes on the team name rather than the company.. so why bother to transfer.. it only shows you have no loyalty... if you do it now.. for sure you will again do it on the new team you transferred into.... there might be an exception to this general theory but i doubt if it is more than one out of ten.. Work your business from you going down.. never bother about from you going up....sometimes those attitude pulls you down... just my opinion. BAT PA LILIPAT PARTNER... BONUS MO NA LANG KUNG MAY UPLINE KA, IKAW PA RIN MAGPAPAYAMAN SA SARILI MO.
