evidently John Boehner forgets that President Obama graduated Harvard Law school with a J.D. magna cum laude, was president of the Harvard Law Review and taught constitutional law at Chicago University for twelve years...... pretty sure he knows what he can or can not do.....but hey, lets just waste some more tax payer dollars. I guess the easiest thing to do when you have no ideas or plans is to attack the other guys. Clowns.....I tried so hard to like Boehner too.
