fan q Was wondering if you could post this for me. I was induced on Monday night, had my son yesterday morning. He has been in the N.I.C.U. sense he was hours old. I am trying to pump and get enough pumped but I find I hardly get anything only a couple of drops twice a day. A huge worry is Im not pumping enough but when i try to do it every three hours like they suggest, i dont get ANYTHING. Im really hoping to have my milk in, in three to five days like they say it will. Its really hard because they say if you look at a picture, have a blanket that smells like them, or a recording of the baby crying to will help stimulate. I never got to hear his first cry because they ended up putting a breathing tube in, the pictures my husband was able to take and I have taken all have him wired up and such and I havent been able to hold him. They have him cooling so he hasnt had a blanket or anything on him.Im a first time Mom to an amazing baby that is fighting all the odds. any and all support will help. Im ready to brake down in tears am i doing things right or is something wrong???
