feel bit shaky first thing - think its fact that should exchange house contracts sometime today if solicitors sorted - then lot lots of time left to finish things here inc fresh set of catruns to ask a firm to do (am going with Grange again so got to phone them asap have had final ok its all going on!) and then tell insurances !at risk" status since thas what you do when move house these days - more hasstle but am with AA so should be fine - think shall ask bed firm to bring the new bed and mattress to me here at the bungalow morning of the move since they dont do late afternoon deliveries lol - got lists and bits of notes about and not know what to do first ! nb suppose have to take spare key to estates agents soon - down in derby so a trail into town in about a weeks time - we ran thu the running of this household with the buyers hubby showed them how things work the COMBI the CH the water taps and the spabath (shes thrilled about that!) - we cna always stick another one in the house when we have some spare time - peter says dont buy lots more foods for the freezer it has to be defrosted fully a few days before - think shall stop shaking and finally start to smile asap alls settled - thanks for the support folks x
