We need a leader that possessed the same leadership skills with what you have, same advocacies, sincerity of work, principles and attitude. I just hope you will run again someday, not just for kagawad but as Brgy. Chairman. God bless you! My reply to this young diplomat: It was overwhelming to hear the words of a young concerned citizen like you, who at your age has a very broad perspective and idealism of what our beloved community-we call home should be. Society is blessed to have a number of people like you, young man. A community can always prosper if its constituents do each and every role in safeguarding and governing it - because government is supposed to be of the people, by the people, for the people (Abraham Lincoln). Small as a barangay may be, these ideals will only be realized if we get strong leaders whose heart is for a devoted people-based service and not personal interest. I was so glad and content to have served 7 years as appointed employee and 8 years as elected official to the best that I exerted despite my limitations and inadequacies. My thanks to the supporters and the challenge of my detractors. To the Agusanon, I call for a wise decision this coming Oct 28 Election - Let us not falter in choosing true-to-heart public servants.
