feeling annoyed - just had an email from Amazon saying my order will be despatched tommorow - to a name and address i have never heard off.....I HAVENT even placed an order...So just spoke to someone who apparently cannot understand what my problem is...cos they can cancel the order.........my problem is how does Gillian Steven of Perth manage to process an order on my account ? ....Amazons reply..dont worry its just a gltch we can change the order...maybe so but that still doesnt explain how her name and address is attached to my email....in the end they say they will investigate but in the meantime they are cancelling the order..........i have practically had to force them into agreeing to send out a confirmation email to say, i have spoken to them and made them aware i did not place any such order :-/
