feeling so much stronger today after my physical journey here in Maui yesterday with Kevin Billett. Gaby Burt wrote an email to me yesterday asking if I had done a physical journey on my chest cold and duh! :) I hadnt done one yet, so i got straight onto it. And what amazing results. It always astounds me how fast the body can heal with a little help from a journey process. As soon as you meet and clear the consciousness/cell memories that are at the root of the illness, the body knows what to do with that clearing and goes about healing naturally on its own--so grateful for this grace-birthed healing method--the process can be life changing and profoundly healing. And I learn that each time anew--freshly as if it is the first time. Truly with a little help, the body is a healing machine
