finally got the insurance company on the phone and asked 9000 questions, as they pertain to getting in to see a neurologist. now I just need to wait until the doctors office opens to see if they are contracted accordingly...and then see about getting in to get seen THEN comes the fun part about getting the rest of it taken care of but...first hurdle: done, many notes taken, details given, head: hurting. so yeay for that. and now, the seemingly interminable wait until 9 AM when doctors offices open...really? 9am? it took forever for 8am to roll around to get hold of the insurance people... sigh...
