finds it more and more difficult to follow or enjoy the NFL these days. Sure, when your team isnt very good over a period of years, its hard to jump up and down, but as Fred was growing up, the Redskins werent very good. However, the times and players were much different. The players seemed to care about things other than their contracts and endorsement deals. An article, yesterday, talked about Mr. III prancing about in his lycra pants during warm ups. People get it. Youre still on the team III. But, this fan isnt pushing III to come back early. Oh, and this was actually an article meant to be favorable to Mr. III. Well, Mr. III is about Mr. III....and thats not unusual these days. Fred has long thought Kirk Cousins might be the long term solution. Its early in his career, but it doesnt look good so far. In fact, the Redskins dont have a Quarterback on their roster and, frankly, life goes on. Fred will cut his grass, check in on the game from time to time, and pray for Spring Training to arrive early. Pitchers and Catchers report in mid-February. Happy Grass Cutting Day everybody!
