Sitting inside a cement room is quieter, and the phone is registering cell power output changes which it should not, and one can hear a hmm brief less than a second each frequency change which this device here is registering from flamingo and maryland to here audibly hearing the power output, to verify a frequency analyzer is added simultaniously and sure enough its registering the power output as an audible tone match 100%, everything old is new again...add a little commentary like the neighbors fighting when the cell power changes and your brain is manipulated into a false illegal psychosis thinking about the neighbor, IE counterintelligence, rogue FBI, White House registered agents dont carry much walking around do they, one would have to be near to re manipulate the tower in accident.
