first step towards hacking Hello friends this is my very first post First of all in this post i will explain you what exactly hacking is and what is the main difference between hacking and cracking? first of all we go for Hacking....hacking means changing of a program or hardware device to make it perform the way you wish it to perform. Cracking is when users, passwords and keys are detected with dictionary, brute force and hybrid attacks in order to gain access to the target using existing user data. Now we go little bit in depth yeah you are right now i will tell you about types of hackers hacker can be divided in three categories 1)White hat hackers 2)Black hat hackers 3)Grey hat hackers 1)White hat hackers: White hat hackers are the good guys also known as Ethical hacker.they work for huminity. they legally search for security loop holes in the system. 2)Black hat hackers: Black hat hackers are the guys who use thier skills for personal benifit.they use thier skills illegally to hack someone or in website defacement. 3)Grey hat hackers: Grey hat hackers are the hackers who do anything for money.whether the thing is legal or illegal.
