first time back on FB since I arrived in China. so much to catch up on but not nearly enough time to do it, unfortunately. its been so wonderful to be back here again, I cant even begin to describe it. so much has happened this past month... had an absolutely amazing Teacher Training group in Guangzhou that was one of the proudest times of my life. such a deep and beautiful connection with the students there, who were an awesome group of people. each day was an amazing journey together that just brought us closer and closer together. by the day I left (when Benjamin Finnerty took over the second half of the training), it was heart-breaking to say good-bye. as exhausted as I was, I went straight to the airport and got on a plane to begin a multi-city tour across China, together with Jayeswari Min (aka Jaya) from Jaiyoga Seoul Korea: Chongqing, Chengdu, Xiamen, Shanghai... it was so intense, and so incredibly powerful. each place we went, the people were all so amazing and welcoming. the feeling was just phenomenal. it was so beautiful, watching people open up, dance, smile, laugh, cry...and ultimately, transform. by far one of the most intense times of my life. airport, yoga studio, restaurant, hotel, airport [repeat]...but each time, absolutely unbelievably incredible. by the time I got to Shanghai, I thought I was going to collapse. yet we still rocked it, even down to our very last event. originally I had planned to keep traveling until March, but I made a decision while I was here in Shanghai to cut my travels short and spend Christmas with my family for the first time in many years. and so I will arrive in Texas on Dec. 4. so please forgive this very long message, but I wanted to let yall know Ill be home for the holidays this year, with many stories to tell...
