five days ago I walked through the kitchen doors of my best friends house & got a reaction from her I have never received before. excitement, joy, shock, love, happiness.. all at once. it was incredible. knowing that this long distance friendship was still just as strong as it was when I saw her a year ago, a complete sigh of relief. & believe it or not, we picked up right where we left off. its been a long time since Ive been this comfortable and this happy and its Bcuz Ive got an AMAZING friend by my side who I know will be there for the rest of my life. she keeps me grounded, she keeps me sane and she somehow manages to pick me up when I havent got the strength to get up.. all while being thousands of miles away. I wish a friendship like this comes by any and everyone, Bcuz its an indescribable bond that can and will not be broken.. no matter the years or distance. thank you for a wonderful week, libb!
