folks there is no cure for depression, its called a medical disorder its a (temporary condition) at best...it has more to do with frustration with the breakdown of the responsibility of other people and the fabric of society than it does reside in a single person. That being said communicating is always the first level of breakdown in a persons anxiety (fear) that they are left alone..this is an illusion, that is brought on by delusion that they die is (our) fault (thats yours and mine) that (we) werent there and forgot to reach out... looking in on the ones you love and keeping tabs on the well being of others should never be an after thought being proactive about communicating hardships without making judgement can allow for reasonable consideration and desperation can never go overlooked but must be untreated by medicine...
