follow the PROTOTYPE when praying... Our Lords Prayer... an example of a prayer... it contains how we should address God who is in Heaven, Holy be His Name, it contains how we should praise and Glorify Him.. It says that His will shall be done and not ours..., it contains how we should kneel before God, it contains how we should forgive as we forgive those who sinned against us, it contains how we ask for our needs, it also states there that we beg that God may not give us temptations, and deliver (iligtas) us from evil... isang halimbawa po ito ng pagdarasal, and we should not be repeating it again-and-again as if we are murmuring...
