for my daughter Jocelyn Nicole ... every little bit counts. Jocelyn is 24 yrs old and has been fighting Crohns disease since being diagnosed as a child... in the last 18 months she has had the worst flare yet... numerous doctors, test, medication, nutritionist, opinions, surgical consults, self injections, adding foods , removing foods with never any relief , high hopes and let downs .
