for #pbpractice today play with opening your shoulders in side angle pose! this is a great way to get shoulder flexibility and is easy to modify by only going for a half bind in the 2nd part. in the first part when you have the hand on the back of the front rib cage remember to keep your hand and wrist strong - that is key to keeping an active line of energy and opening the shoulder. i went a little bit faster to fit this all into 15 seconds so you may want to hold each pose for 5-15 breaths depending on how you like to move! remember if you give this one a go and decide to post it use the #pbpractice hashtag so i can check out your videos. everyone who participates has a chance to win my handstand plan on @codyapp! excited to practice with all of you this week! #yoga
