for sale or free lease on property only 14.2hh 7yo standardbred gelding. roman is a pleasure to own. he is a very low maintenance horse, needs next to nothing feed and stays fat. he is quite green but each day he is improving on the flat. he will work in a frame and each day he is improving and is carrying himself nicer. he canters and jumps. In the time i have owned him he has never knocked or refused a fence. he loves jumping and is currently jumping 70cm. he has also competed in barrel racing with previous owner. roman is an extremely quiet boy and is suited to anyone. I have put beginners on him. However if going to a beginner I would prefer them to be confident only as he can be forward. Apart from this he is a very lovely horse who will make someone very happy. good to catch, truck, float, rug, wash etc cannot afford to keep as change of circumstances. very sad sale and will only be going to a home where he will be used and loved. located carbrook 4130, approx 30 minutes south of brisbane, payment plans and trials welcome but do not ask to take horse off property unless you will be paying full amount and signed papers! $2000 neg
