As for package deal and prices.. well the prices are back to normal for several reasons but cant explain yet ... but will say that part of it is due to the week with not inserts this month and another factor is that we are getting smaller shipments now. (rumor going around that ONLy subscription holders and papers brought on streets and in stores will now carry inserts). so we are having to pay more. there are other reasons but i will save that for a later time. for now, this is the price, sorry no negotiations. there is a price for package purchases but only up until thursday at 7pm then the package deal is removed and you must pay full price. Just FYI ... be care ful not to give away too many details at this seminar down town... remember ... the express news is sponsoring.. they have no interest in you getting cheap inserts... they want you to buy papers at full price.
