for this chef it was good.... i did a boneless skinless turkey breast i injected it with a mix of buttermilk garlic salt pepper cayan and paprika, let it set over night baked it sealed for 4 hours, the ham i did was spiral cut wrapped ot with bacon rubbed brown sugar ran honey on it maple surup baked it 2 hours. mash tators were chicken base chicken broth n whole milk n butter salt n pepper, stuffin was crusted bread chicken broth sage salt n pepper sliced blck olive butter n sauteed onion and sauteed cellery,with garlic n butter salt n pepper.... sweet tators normal surup tators marshmellow cinimon nutmeg. greenbean cas, was normal cream mushroon dried onions salt n pepper. dinner rolls.
