for those who dont know, c5 c6 quadriplegic do not have tricep abilities, the beauty of being an incomplete is Im regaining muscles and abilities rapidly and promptly! I was told I would never recover these muscles, but here you go for the doubters, in this video I am using my triceps immensely:)! this was also only the third time doing so:) I worked so hard in therapy today Im dieing :) but its always worth it! everything is coming together so fast! last week we recieved our van! its beautiful and works amazing! Im in love with it! no more bobbing uncontrollably and annoyingly in the back where I cant hear anyone! thank you so much to each and every person who supported or donated to the van I can never truly repay you! funny story; I remember when all the fundraising was going on I asked my mom what if when I start walking everyone is going to hate me because they spent so much time & money into everything she & many others assured me that wouldnt be the case:) also; I got my power wheelchair about 4 days ago! Im way more independent & fast;) I love it!!! as I speak the chair lift that brings me downstairs is being installed :) I couldnt be happier or appreciative. thankyou for everyone whos supported me through this whole process!!!
