found this amazing entrepreneur on the side of the road. He roasts lamb over coals, you pay one price and get a single plastic glove, then he brings out the lamb and you eat all you can. like a buffet on the side of the street. No plates, no side dishes, no mess. just meat off the bone. others stop their car and join in. After 10 minutes, meat goes back over coals and u wait for round two - or in my case....round 4.
