A quick fix to the whole mess requires dis-assembly of a system that encourages profits from a FUND RAISING of Capital to make Car Factories or other Factories. NO STOCK that raise capital should have a LIFE beyond a REGULATED function to appease investors, but not become bogus property to control national and international manipulation through perpetuity. As I say to people.. this is not so old we cant change, It was only invented a couple of hundred years ago! Marvin Gershowitz (1953 -2014 or people remain the same (maybe) but how they do it is sometimes very inventive.)
