free to two people who are in need there is one toy missing on the blue seat I put a black x where the toy is missing the seat rotates all the way and also the one leg stays stationary and it had two wheels that go all the way around so baby can get some leg excersise and the wheels also lock if you need it not to move .....the walker no longer has the toy topper it got broker but the walker is still in good shape and also free to someone that is in need of one 😊 all items will need picked up at my Niles home thank you!! And items are also cross posted!!
