And while feelings certainly are important (they should be talked out and understood), an individual should be careful that he doesnt let them force him to withdraw. Involvement in wholesome activities and behavior can help to change his bad feelings. Behavior precedes feelings. God told Cain that if he would do right, he would end up feeling right. The same principle applies to us today.
