As Need to bring the $$$$$$ in Now for the Safe Home Project Australia. last court at Wyong A few Months ago .. got run in on & assaulted again by officer Boon then arrested at Home for a warrant for recording in the District court Parramatta, { as seen on How to Defeat Docs in the courts page}. over the Lukes Army Parramatta Protest Unlawful Arrest & Assault on 22/09/2011, anyway the next morning I was brought up from the cells, to front the ILLEGAL satanic Cult Magistrate. He said Are you Mr Jeffrey Fisher I replied NO I am the Administrator for that A/C NAME As the Administrator for that A/C NAME I am hear for that A/C Name Matter!!!,, Then, Are my God Given Rights Protected hear today! ????.. { by this Time he was going white the face} Then Are you Hear on your Oath today Sir??? .. Him said yes yes yes quietly!, THEN I said “May I see your Oath Sir . {with police & court thugs, & 3 corrective Services officers all around me} . him Said nothing at 1st {as the whole court went silent for about 10 seconds}, then said “”NO!!”” I order a selection 33 , mental health assessment. Then they all rushed me Back down to the cells. { Kangarooed court in action Now} As I was not given a chance to reply???. I was taken to the Evil Wyong mental Hospital. they Asked me ???? I kept saying NO, they report said I had NO mental health Problems. was taken back that afternoon . Given Unconditional bail, SET FREE. to appear at Parramatta Local in A few weeks. I did not turn up at the Next hearing. I faxed in A sickie. WAS given another Court date About 5 weeks time. on the next court Date. I did not appear again . rang in sick that morning. & faxed off medical documents. But my barrister was at the court for my matter for some Strange reason?. he told me the next day, that the case was heard at 9.30 AM, & by 10 AM the ILLEGAL Magistrate Put out A Void warrant for the A/C NAMES arrest . I rang the court the next day . THEY confirmed the warrant ..... About 5 days later, I went to Wyong Police station with the A/C NAME Birth Certificate. And said I would like to speak with the Officer in charge please. she Come out , I said this A/C Name has a warrant out for arrest , She said what is your name, I replied you may call me Sir. anyway I explained to her the facts of the case.... she went & did a Warrant check , About 5 minutes she came back & said Nothing Coming up for that A/C NAME ?. we talked again . she take the the birth cert this time & did another type of Warrant search { on the court system} came about 10 minutes later with Nothing again???.
