Being on my own wasnt easy and the MS started to show itself. Then my nephew sent me a link to Dr Wahls Utube talk about Minding My Mitocondrea, I watched it, got on the phone to my local book shop and ordered the book, I havent looked back, that was 11 months ago. As a pensioner I have to watch the pennies, but I follow the book to the best of my ability. My exercise class tell me how well I am doing and cant get over my changes, I guess I depend on people to give me feedback, but yesterday I began Yoga class and Im looking forward to the coming year. One thing I think would be a help is a chat room where people could share there experiences and connect, I feel totally alone here and it would be nice to share. Thank you Dr Wahls so very much.
