Dear friends and friends of friends, I am subletting my room in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment for all or part of the time from: 12/10-1/1/15 for ONE person over the holidays. Rent is $950 with some flexibility. We are located in North Park Slope on the ground floor of a beautiful brownstone on a quiet tree lined street, 2 blocks away from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum/Library, & Botanical Gardens. Spacious living room, small private backyard off the available room (2 windows in room), washer and dryer-makes all the difference in the world! Guests will have access to both bathrooms, living room and kitchen which includes: dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, dishes/utensils. The brownstone apartment is located a hop skip and jump away from 5th avenue and minutes away from bars, restaurants, cafes, groceries, pharmacies, etc. 5 minute walk to 2/3 train, 7 minute walk to B/Q train, and 10 minute walk to F/G. 20 minute train ride to Midtown Manhattan. I will not be present during your stay, but I have two wonderful roommates who will be around for part of the time. Both roommates are female, active, secure day jobs, super clean, and considerate. We keep things clean, recycle and compost. No smoking (cigarettes) inside. I am looking for someone who is respectful, considerate of my other roommates if they are home, keeps common spaces clean and maintains an open communication line. Please feel free to circulate!
