from my lesson tonight. Psalms 6 2-3 Pity me oh lord for I am weak, heal me for my body is sick and I am upset and disturbed. My mind is filled with apprehension and with gloom. When we are going through tough times we need to realize we are not the first nor the last to cry out to God. He gets it and it is where our strength needs to flow from. Jeremiah 30: 17 tells us "I wil give you back your health again and heal your wounds" I know there is nothing I can do to change, but I trust in the one who brings forth change when I am hurting or sick.
