Some of the best burger joints today still serve em on white bread, and for good reason. You only need a little starch when eating a premium burger, just enough white bread to hold the burger and more importantly, to absorb that grilled, flavorful meat juice oozing out of the burger. And it tastes better and better as you eat it. Big fancy-ass burger rolls serve two purposes -to hold a bunch of lettuce, tomatoes, shrooms or whatever, and to hide the fact that the sandwich only contains a tiny-ass burger within, like so many fast food joints give ya today. -BBQ Pit Boys youtu.be/8zEQOZx8wlg
