from the WASHINGTON POST: I dont agree with all of the analysis here but the fact that they are taking it this seriously is a big part of the story and it is good news. The POST has a split personality -- they are one of the worst offenders as regards kissing government rear to protect their personal relationships with government officials, but simultaneously, they participate in muckraking scandal revelations like Greenwalds and Snowdens. Now that they are owned by Amazons Jeff Bezos, who presides over some VERY unpleasant business practices in his corporate empire, it will be very interesting to see how their moral compass spins.
