full body chinese massage, ear candling, lunch at ottos fresh food market (how have I only just discovered this treasure of a place!!!!), just serviced my car (hooray it works again), stopped to check on a man laying on the road with my mother to discover he was alive, but a victim of a beating and I watched my mother go and buy him a meal to feed the poor man (I flipping love you mum), now ive got a sweet face mask on and im bracing my body for soccer training. BOOM: thats how you spend your day off.
