fyi...One of my first jobs ever, was at Marios Carry-out, pictured here. It was part of Marios Italian American Restaurant on 22nd Street in OC. Vera hired me as a short order cook and I cooked hot dogs, ham burgers, pizza and made those famous Marios Italian Subs...on a toasted roll, of course. Robert Mitchum used to hang out at the Samoa and the owner, (i think his name was Long) drowned while swimming.
