fyi on Obama(Not)Care I am self employed and pay for my own health insurance. Its a high deductible plan first $10,000 comes out of our pocket if there are any medical issues. We pay $10,800 per year for this plan for a family of 4. Under Obamacare that cost will go up to a minimum of $15,500 for the same high deductible plan. If we had a regular low deductible plan our cost would be much higher. If your employer has most of your healthcare costs covered, be grateful.
