getting in touch with 3dhs for issues: email is best. please allow a reasonable amount of time for a response (for example, allowing less than four hours from first email contact to blowup-thread-on-internet, is not exactly being reasonable). the phone is in use every day, but it is a lottery and always has been. 3dhs stands behind product and many people will testify to this. changes to improve responsiveness to all customer contact, in a clearly visible way, are in the works. Changes cannot happen overnight, so many thanks in advance to those who have stuck with us and given 3dhs the chance to provide the grins at the flight line.
