gmfbf up perkerlating coffee in a old fastion coffee pot coffee tastes so much better, im thanking god for getting us up and I prayed for all the familys and friends who is dealing with struggles and hope we spend our energy and time trying to be the best we can be and not what other people want u to be, cus we feel who we are is not good enough. meditation was great and im going to get this wk. out on and get readt to hit the 6;30 meeting, and later im going camping with a good friend, seem like im going to have another good weekend, love yall u know put them smiles on.
